Frequently Asked Questions

The essentials about living at Sunview. Don't see your question? Call us.

Is Sunview RV Park a month-to-month park?

Yes. Sunview is a long-term, month-to-month community. There's no long lease to sign — residents pay monthly and stay as long as they like. We don't offer nightly or weekend camping; our focus is stable, comfortable extended living.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, well-behaved pets are welcome. We ask that pets be leashed outdoors, cleaned up after, and not left unattended outside. Call us at (719) 576-0728 for details on any breed or number guidelines.

Do you welcome military members?

Absolutely — military welcome! Sunview RV Park is adjacent to Fort Carson, making it a convenient and quiet home base for active-duty service members, veterans, DoD civilians, and contractors. Many of our residents serve or work on post.

Is the park adults-only?

Sunview is an adults-oriented, long-term community. The park is designed for quiet adult living rather than family vacation camping. If you have questions about your household situation, give us a call and we'll talk it through.

What's included in the monthly rate?

Every lot includes full-service hookups — water, sewer, and 50-amp electric — plus access to the on-property hiking trails, mail and package acceptance, and on-site management. Electric may be metered separately on some sites. See the rates page for details.

Can I receive mail and packages?

Yes. Long-term residents can receive mail and packages at the park, making Sunview a true home address for full-time RVers.

What are the quiet hours?

Quiet hours run from 10 PM to 7 AM. As a peaceful, adults-oriented community, we ask residents to keep noise low at all times — the sounds you should hear most are the stream and the wind in the pines.
